What this calculator estimates
Model a projected EPF balance using your PF wage, employee contribution, employer contribution, any separately entered EPS allocation, optional VPF contribution, current balance, salary growth, assumed interest rate and time horizon.
Estimate your EPF and VPF corpus
Change the assumptions to explore how contribution levels and time may affect an illustrative retirement balance.
Open EPF / VPF calculator ↗EPF and EPS are not the same account
The EPF accumulation and EPS pension are distinct. The calculator displays the EPS allocation separately and does not add it to the EPF corpus. It does not estimate a statutory pension entitlement.
What to verify before relying on an estimate
- Confirm your actual PF wage (Basic + DA) and payroll contribution split.
- Check the current EPFO contribution rules, wage ceiling, membership status and applicable interest rate.
- Confirm whether VPF is deducted and how the employer handles EPS allocation.
- Review tax treatment, withdrawals, transfers and service history separately.

Important limitations
The calculator is an educational approximation. It uses a simplified monthly interest model and does not reproduce EPFO's official interest-crediting process, statutory limits, tax rules, withdrawal rules or pension formula. Actual balances can differ. Verify details with EPFO and your employer.
